“Goldilocks and Mama Bear,” Mother’s Day, Rev. Tony Larsen

Tony’s sermon will reflect on parenthood through the lens of “The Three Bears” story. We will have a story for all ages, special music, and a time to honor all mothers and others in our lives who “mother” us. Special music by Becca Helmstetter.

Rev. Dr. Tony Larsen recently retired from being the minister at Olympia Brown Unitarian Universalist Church in Racine. He has written a book entitled “Trust Yourself! You Have the Power,” authored a UUA curriculum and contributed chapters to UUA-published books “Salted With Fire” and “Everyday Spiritual Practice.” Tony has served on the boards of the Women’s Resource Center, Southeastern Wisconsin AIDS Project, Homeless Association Leadership Organization, Racine Jail Ministry, George Bray Neighborhood Center, Alliance on Mental Illness of Racine County, and the LGBT Center of SE Wisconsin.
