An Invitation to Interfaith Conference of Greater Milwaukee’s Virtual 50th Anniversary Luncheon on Thursday, December 3 from Noon-1:00 pm
I am honored to represent UCN as a part of SEWUUC (Southeast WI UU Congregations) and I act as one of three UU judicutoral representatives for the Interfaith Conference of Greater Milw (INFCGM). I would like to extend an invitation to you, to join me and many others to celebrate Interfaith’s 50th Anniversary of building acceptance, understanding , peace and extending love to all in the Milwaukee area.
This year’s guest speaker is Dr. Reggie Williams. He is the author of Bonhoeffer’s Black Jesus:Harlem Renaissance Theology and an Ethic of Resistance.
Dr. Williams’ research interests include Christological ethics, theological anthropology,
Christian social ethics, the Harlem Renaissance, race, politics and black church life. The title of his presentation/conversation is: Undoing Historical Harm: Faith, Race, and Politics.
