Scott Writes: Easter Sunday has long been a complex (and somewhat spiritually awkward) Sunday for Unitarian Universalists. While our many Christian neighbors gather to celebrate the supernatural resurrection of Jesus, and the promise of eternal life, we in the liberal tradition look for other meanings and messages. Do be with us as I try to thread our way through this theological thicket!

“Are We Having Fun Yet?” Rev. Scott W. Alexander
April 7 at 10:00 am
MASKS OPTIONAL
Scott writes: As creatures of earth, we all want to have lots fun in life, but sometimes – beneath the crush and clutter of everyday life -- this is an elusive pursuit for us. Believe it or not, how to have more fun is a subject to which thinkers and philosophers have turned their attentions. This Sunday I would like us – together -- to focus on what fun is, and how we can possibly bring more of it to our lives.

The meaning of worship is
to be shaped by
what is of worth.
We gather together in spiritual community because we need constant reminders of what matters most in life. In a world of heartbreak and dehumanization, our congregations and communities call us to our better selves. We learn to live with more wisdom, more connection, and more compassion.
Our Worship Services are weekly reflections that weave together our own thoughts and experiences with music, beauty, poetry, and words that both comfort and challenge. Our programs for all ages inspire and awaken us to our capacities to make a difference in our own lives and in the world.
