Community Updates
The Social Justice Committee is co-sponsoring an event “Immigration: Fact v. Fiction” with the Germantown Community Coalition and other area organizations. The program will include a presentation by immigration expert Darryl Morin. It will take place on January 20, 6:00 PM – 8:30 PM at American Legion Post in Germantown.

What would you do if you discovered your father participated in a lynching? This film grapples with this very difficult question. The Social Justice Committee is showing "My Father's Name" on January 18th at 11:30 with a brief conversation and presentation after.
UCN Welcomes Our New Music Director and Accompanist
It is with great joy that we announce the appointment of two music professionals to our UCN staff. We are happy to welcome Drew Donica as our permanent piano accompanist and Callie Thurow as our Director of Music.
Music is a vital and integral part of our worship experience at UCN. With Drew and Callie joining our staff, we look forward to the many new opportunities to deepen our shared experience of music and community.
Lay Pastoral Care Message
The Lay Pastoral Care Team at Unitarian Church North is gathering potential volunteers for what we call Caring Circle: people who may be willing to bring meals, help with transportation, make visits, pick up groceries, etc. for members and friends of UCN in temporary need. We will be keeping a paper sign-up sheet at church, but members may also sign up virtually using the link below. Putting your name on the list does not commit you to helping when asked. Thank you!
